Asthma
In the United States, one out of every 12 people has asthma. Asthma is a lung disease that causes swollen airways which makes breathing difficult. Symptoms of asthma include coughing, wheezing, chest tightness, and/or shortness of breath. A healthy lifestyle can reduce or control the symptoms of asthma.
