LANGUAGE ASSISTANCE AND INTERPRETER SERVICES
If you require the use of an interpreter service, AAMG provides interpreter services at no cost to you. Members are encouraged to use the interpreter services instead of using family members or friends as interpreters. Please contact the Member Relations Department directly at (415) 590-7418. Our Member Relations Representative will connect your call with our interpreter service via conference call. Interpreter services are available during AAMG business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
For deaf and hard-of-hearing callers, California Relay Service (TTY) is available by dialing 711.
